SABA Builders will secure parcels of developable land in prime locations for future subdivision. The company will take raw land and work through the planning and governmental approval process resulting in fully entitled, development permit ready land. At that point, the company will sell the “shovel ready” land; develop the land and sell fully finished lots to builders or develop and build on the finished lots itself. The focus will be on the 5-20 lot potential parcels which are too small for the National builders and too big or not of interest for most smaller builders. In most cases, separate sole purpose LLC’s will be created to fund and execute these land and land development deals.
